Nature of Our Services

Boltzmenn provides business advisory, operational support, and strategic guidance to small and medium-sized enterprises. We do not provide legal advice, investment advice, or regulated financial services. Where a Financial Clarity or Circle engagement involves financial interpretation, that work is advisory in nature and does not substitute for licensed accounting, tax, or legal counsel.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Any financial projections, funding guidance, or business outcomes discussed during an engagement are estimates based on the information available at the time. They do not guarantee results. Every business is different, and the outcome of any engagement depends on factors outside our control, including how recommendations are implemented.

The Scan

The Scan is a one-time diagnostic engagement. You receive a diagnostic report regardless of whether you choose to move forward with any further service.
There is no obligation to purchase LIFT, Scale, Financial Clarity, or Circle after completing The Scan.

Client Responsibilities

Accurate, timely information is essential to the quality of our recommendations. Engagements are only as effective as the information shared with us.
Clients are responsible for implementing agreed recommendations; Boltzmenn's role is advisory unless an engagement specifically includes embedded operational or execution support (as with LIFT or certain Circle arrangements).

Confidentiality

Information shared with us during an engagement is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering that engagement, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Case studies and testimonials are only published with a client's explicit consent.

Payment Terms

Pricing for each service is agreed before an engagement begins. Retainer-based engagements (such as Circle or Financial Clarity) are billed on the schedule set out in the individual client agreement. Specific payment terms, including any minimum commitment period, are confirmed in writing prior to the start of work.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement (such as a Circle retainer) in line with the notice period set out in the individual client agreement. Project-based engagements (LIFT, Scale) are governed by the scope and timeline agreed at the outset.

Independent Advice

Clients are advised to seek independent professional advice — legal, financial, or otherwise — where required, particularly for decisions with significant financial or legal consequences.

Governing Law

Engagements with Boltzmenn are governed by written agreements and the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
