The Problem

The Founder was doing too much to be doing any of it sustainably — not for lack of talent, which was never in question, but for lack of any shared structure holding it together. Mastercraft, her business. A vocal training school. UK Global Talent Visa consultation work, helping others navigate a process she'd been through herself. One-on-one coaching. And her own performing career — singing, acting, directing, producing — often all inside the same month, sometimes the same week.

Every strand was genuinely valuable on its own, each one capable of standing as a real offering. But none of it read as one coherent, scalable business — not to clients trying to understand what exactly they were engaging her for, and arguably not even to the Founder herself, given how much of it lived only in her own head, undocumented and unstructured. That kind of spread creates a specific, quiet risk: talent this real, without any structure underneath it, tends to stay capped at whatever one person can personally carry on their own energy and memory — no matter how good the work is, no matter how much demand exists for more of it.

What We Did

We worked directly with the Founder to structure her range of abilities into distinct, manageable parts — not narrowing what she does or asking her to give anything up, but giving each part a clear, defined place inside one coherent practice instead of leaving it all as one undifferentiated pile that only made sense inside her own head.

Alongside that, we built a real digital home for both the founder and the business, giving every strand of the work somewhere a person could actually find it, understand what it was, and engage with the specific part relevant to them — rather than encountering the full, overwhelming scope all at once with no way to navigate it.

The Boltzmenn Impact

What was once an impressive but chaotic spread of talent is now a structured, scalable business with a real digital presence at yemilaja.co.uk. The Founder is also, in her own right, a recipient of the UK Global Talent Visa — a marker of exactly the calibre of work this structure was built to support and make legible to the world.
