The Problem

Viaje Música — a live festival blending classical piano and African sound — needed a real digital presence to grow beyond a single edition. No website. No ticketing system. No way to register attendees, for an event that depended entirely on people finding it, understanding what it actually was, and having an easy, trustworthy way to buy in before the date arrived.

Without that infrastructure, growth caps out fast, no matter how strong the actual event is. A festival relying on manual coordination and word of mouth can only reach as many people as one team can personally track and communicate with — which works for a first, small edition, and stops working the moment there's any real ambition to grow beyond it. Every edition after the first needed to feel more organised than the last, not held together by the same improvisation that got the first one across the finish line.

What We Did

We built the site from the ground up and handled ticketing and event registration automation directly, so that scaling to each new edition wouldn't mean rebuilding the infrastructure from scratch every single time — instead, each edition could build on what already existed rather than starting over.

The Boltzmenn Impact

Viaje Música is now on its third edition, with a live site handling registration and ticketing that has grown alongside the festival itself, instead of holding it back the way manual coordination eventually would have.
