Syntyche Language Academy

From Idea to Launch — and Still Growing

How to buy stocks step-by-step: Guide for beginner

About the Brand

Syntyche Language Academy (SLA) is a French language school based in Abuja, Nigeria. It started as a single idea in the founder’s mind— a school that teaches French with quality, structure, and long-term growth in mind. But like many good ideas, it needed real guidance to become a functioning business.

The vision was clear, but everything else—brand, structure, strategy, and systems—was missing. That’s where Boltzmenn 2.0 stepped in.

The Challenges

  • Just an Idea: The founder had no formal business background. It was just a concept—no registration, brand identity, pricing, or client pathway.
  • No Structure: There was no operational system in place. No automation, no CRM, no customer experience design.
  • Zero Market Presence: The business had no visibility. There was no website, no marketing structure, and no traction.
  • No Revenue Strategy: There was no clear path to getting and keeping paying students—just hopes and scattered plans.

What We Did

1. Built the Brand from the Ground Up

We created the SLA identity—logo, name system, tone of voice, messaging, and visual guidelines. We gave it a personality and purpose that would resonate with both parents and adult learners in Abuja.

2. Designed the Entire Customer Experience

We mapped the student journey—from first enquiry to onboarding, follow-up, payment, and classroom experience. Then we automated key parts of that system using simple tools that the SLA team could manage on their own.

3. Set Up the Business Structure

We guided the full business registration, defined SLA’s operating model, and established pricing, scheduling, and payment processes. Every single piece—from curriculum outline to student documentation—was organized into a real business system.

4. Brought in the First 10 Students

We didn’t stop at strategy. We helped SLA market its first offering, build community visibility, and enroll the first paying students. With every student, the structure held—and proved the model worked.

The Outcome

Syntyche Language Academy went from an unstructured idea to a functioning, trusted learning institution in Abuja. It now has automated systems, a branded experience, a growing client base, and long-term structure that works—even without daily micromanagement.

The founder continues to grow the school confidently, with Boltzmenn still involved as a long-term growth partner.

“SLA is proof that you don’t need to know everything—you just need the right structure and support. We built it to run, not just to start.”
